, : A battery-powered light trap giving two years' continuous operation. Journal of Economic Entomology 66(2): 393-396

A battery-powered light-trap that was developed in the laboratory in California for capturing adults of Amyelois (Paramyelois) transitella (Wlk.) in almond orchards is described. The trap is small, light in weight and designed to operate continuously for two years.
