Absorption of calcium in persons with lactose intolerance. 2. Absorption of the isotope 47Ca

, : Absorption of calcium in persons with lactose intolerance. 2. Absorption of the isotope 47Ca. Ceskoslovenska Gastroenterologie a Vyziva 28(3): 167-172

2. In persons intolerant of lactose 47Ca absorption curves were depressed after intake of milk and were restored to normal on milk free of lactose. Total amounts of Ca absorbed and retained did not differ significantly, whether given in milk with or milk without lactose.
