Equimolar amounts of L-isomers of methionine, lysine, leucine, isoleucine, arginine, cysteine, valine, histidine and DL forms of tryptophan and threonine were infused into Thiry-Vella loops of jejunum of pigs 2 to 3 months old and recovered after 30 min. Absorption was estimated from concentration differences between the introduced and recovered fluids.Other references
