Absorption of herbicides by soybean seed

, : Absorption of herbicides by soybean seed. Weed Science 21(1): 71-76

In a comparison of the absorption by soybean seed of various 14C-labelled herbicides from aqueous solution, differences occurred in the rate and amount of herbicide absorbed. The concn. of herbicide at the seed coat surface varied with absorption time indicating that the permeability of the seed changed during the absorption process.
