Absorption of monopalmitin, palmitic acid and tritiated oleic acid as a function of time by a segment of rat intestine in situ. Cytological and radioautographic study be electron microscope, biochemical study

, : Absorption of monopalmitin, palmitic acid and tritiated oleic acid as a function of time by a segment of rat intestine in situ. Cytological and radioautographic study be electron microscope, biochemical study. Journal de Microscopie 12(2): 193-204

Adult Wistar rats weighing 200 to 250 g were starved, with water, for 24 h before isolation of a loop of intestine 3 to 4 cm long situated 2 to 3 cm below the point of entry of the common duct. The loop was washed out with Ringer's fluid and a lipid mixture was introduced for from 1.5 to 15 min before the loop was removed for study.
