, : Acaricidal and toxic properties of Dursban, Sevin and chlorofos. Veterinariya, Moscow, USSR (4): 64-66

Details are given of laboratory and field tests carried out over a period of five years in the Soviet Union on the toxicity of Dursban, carbaryl (Sevin) and trichlorphon (chlorofos) to Ixodid ticks (including Hyalomma anatolicum Koch, Rhipicephalus bursa C. & F., H. marginatum Koch (plumbeum auct.) and Boophilus calcaratus (Bir.)), mice and cattle. It was concluded that Dursban was the most effective acaricide.
