2 cows were sprayed twice, with a 7-day interval, with 2 l. 0.2% aqueous solution of acetophos (O,O-diethyl S-carboethoxymethyl phosphorothioate). Traces of the pesticide were detected in the milk of 1 of the 2 cows 14 and 36 h after the 1st spraying.
