Accumulation of easily available phosphorus and exchangeable potassium in soil with application of calculated rates of fertilizer

, : Accumulation of easily available phosphorus and exchangeable potassium in soil with application of calculated rates of fertilizer. Izvestiya Timiryazevskoi Sel' skokhozyaistvennoi Akademii (2): 73-78

In a four-year experiment on derno slightly podzolic soil in the Moscow region NPK, NPKMo with irrigation, PKMo, PKMo with irrigation, PKMoMg, PK, dung, or dung + PK was applied to horse beans to produce a particular dry-matter yield. In dry years little of the applied P and K was utilized, and even after residual utilization by the following crop of horse beans or vetch the P and K balances in the soil remained positive.
