Acetic-acidacylated anthocyanin pigments in the grape skins of a number of varieties of Vitis vinifera

, : Acetic-acidacylated anthocyanin pigments in the grape skins of a number of varieties of Vitis vinifera. Am J Enol Vit 22(3): 150-155

Anthocyanin pigmentation was studied in 44 Vitis vinifera varieties and clones. Twenty-nine samples contained acetic acid acylated anthocyanin pigment. The six Pinot Noir clones contained no acylated pigments.
