2. Geese fattened on oats for 3 weeks before slaughter contained in body fat 0.07 to 5.60, mean 2.22 mg DDT and derivatives of which DDT accounted for about 65%. Turkey fat contained 1.47 to 4.84 mg/kg with DDT and DDE in almost equal amount and no DDD.
