Co-operative leading and home plot farming

, : Co-operative leading and home plot farming. Vezetes a Mezogazdasagban az Elelmiszeriparban, az Erdeszet Faiparban 5(7): 384-391

A survey of 30 large Hungarian farms by the Co-operative Research Institute included questions about home plot farming. This information is added to that from a survey on the opinions of co-operative leaders. The home plot farm is considered by farm leaders in most cases to be a necessary and useful activity: it balances the labour force of the co-operative farm, by utilizing that part of the labour force not used by the large farm.
