Co-operative management and generational change

, : Co-operative management and generational change. Vezetes a Mezogazdasagban, az Elelmiszeriparban, az Erdeszet Faiparban 3(2/4): 208-214

The Research Institute of Agricultural Economics conducted sociological investigations in 1970 and 1971 in five co-operative farms between the rivers Danube and Tisza, to study the problems of members and hired workers of different age groups living and working together and to facilitate management efforts to relieve the tension due to generational change. The analysis involved three age groups: young (14 to 25), middle (25 to 50), and old (over 50).
