Description of a new oesophagostome parasitic in Hyemoschus in Gabon, and considerations on the genus Oesophagostomum

, : Description of a new oesophagostome parasitic in Hyemoschus in Gabon, and considerations on the genus Oesophagostomum. Bulletin du Museum National d' Histoire Naturelle, 3e serie (184, Zoologie 123): 1415-1424

Oesophagostomum (Hysteracrum) hyemoschi n. sp. from the caecum and intestine of Hyemoschus aquaticus from Makokou, Gabon, most resembles O. (H.) okapi and is distinguished from it only by such minor characters as the shape of the spicule tip, the size of the parts of the corona radiata, and the size of the eggs.
