Evaluation of the effectiveness of Chrysopids in the control of aphids

, : Evaluation of the effectiveness of Chrysopids in the control of aphids. Zashchita Rastenii 17(2): 19-20

Tests were carried out near Leningrad in the autumn of 1970 on the effectiveness of larvae of Chrysopa carnea Steph. in controlling aphids on celery in greenhouses. Aphis gossypii Glov. was the chief species found on the plants; but Myzus persicae (Sulz.), A. fabae Scop. and other species were also present.
