Fusarium vascular wilt of date palm. Symptoms and nature of the disease. Means of control

, : Fusarium vascular wilt of date palm. Symptoms and nature of the disease. Means of control. Awamia (35): 161-181

Preliminary results of five trials carried out in 1964 and 1965 at Zagora in Morocco indicated that Iklane, Bou Stammi Noire, Jadment, Sair Layalet and Outoukdim were resistant to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. albedinis. Varieties reported as resistant by other authors (Bou Slirene, Mekt, Bou Ijjou, Hatua and possibly Azigzao) were susceptible but the four latter showed unusual symptoms.
