Fusarium wilt in wheat and integrated disease control in Romania

, : Fusarium wilt in wheat and integrated disease control in Romania. Acta Agronomica Academiae Scientiarum Hungaricae 21(1/2): 17-29

The disease (mainly Gibberella zeae) is widespread in Rumania. In some fields in Transylvania yield losses in 1970 reached 70%, av. 42%. Infection was increased by high moisture, early sowing (in Sept.), weeds, excess N fertilizers and an unfavourable N:P ratio.
