Gas-liquid chromatography of N-heptafluorobutyryl isobutyl esters of amino acids

, : Gas-liquid chromatography of N-heptafluorobutyryl isobutyl esters of amino acids. Journal of Chromatography 97(1): 19-24

Amino acid esters were separated on a single column of 3% SE-30 on Gas-Chrom Q. Separation was better than that of previous single-column methods and was particularly suitable for analysis of seed proteins. The method was also applicable to glycoproteins.
