, : Persistence of Disyston residues in soil and plant. Indian Journal of Agricultural Sciences 42(12): 1135-1138

In field-plot tests in New Delhi, India, during 1967-68 on the persistence of disulfoton (Disyston), used against larvae of Atherigona soccata Rond. (varia soccata)., in the soil and sorghum plants, application of 5% granules in the furrow at rates of 0.5, 1 and 1.5 g per 30 cm of row, respectively, resulted in initial soil concentrations of 19.06, 42.5 and 61.25 p.p.m. in 1967 and 22.97, 33.6 and 67.18 p.p.m. in 1968.
