Mice which had been immunized with 2 doses of Hymenolepis nana eggs were exposed to 950, 1,150, 1,350 or 1,450 R whole body X-irradiation and were injected with syngeneic marrow from non-immune donors the next day. A group of immunized mice was exposed to 700 R but not given marrow. In other experiments, injection of all or most of the marrow was delayed until days or weeks after irradiation. The mice were killed 80 to 93 hours after challenge with H. nana eggs.
