Root initiation and isoperoxidases of stem tip cuttings from mature Prunus plants

, : Root initiation and isoperoxidases of stem tip cuttings from mature Prunus plants. Physiologie Vegetale 12(2): 165-174

Healthy Prunus 'Accolade' plants were obtained in vitro from apical meristems cultured on successive media containing different growth substances. New leaves were obtained in the presence of a cytokinin, stem elongation in the absence of cytokinins, and finally root initiation in the presence of an auxin.
