, : Studies on gross chemical composition and amino acid content of soyabean varieties. Indian Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics 12(2): 47-52

Data presented on the chemical composition of the seeds of twelve varieties show protein contents ranging from 35.72 to 45.10%, fat contents from 18.45 to 27.98% and carbohydrate contents from 14.64 to 30.29%. The variety PLS082 had the highest protein content.
