Studies on the pathogenesis of Aleutian disease in mink. VIII. Depression of antibody formation against horseradish peroxidase

, : Studies on the pathogenesis of Aleutian disease in mink. VIII. Depression of antibody formation against horseradish peroxidase. Zentralblatt fur Veterinarmedizin 21B(Heft 6): 467-479

A total of 24 mink were infected with the virus of Aleutian disease and groups of 4 were killed at intervals of 4 weeks. Each horseradish peroxidase in complete Freund's adjuvant 24 days before being killed. At peak gammaglobulinaemia there was a depression of antibody formation against the peroxidase (represented by reduction in the number of cells producing peroxidase antibody in the lymph nodes).
