Studies on the pathogens of huanglungping (citrus yellow shoot disease). I. A threadlike virus associated with huanglungping

, : Studies on the pathogens of huanglungping (citrus yellow shoot disease). I. A threadlike virus associated with huanglungping. Scientia Sinica 16(3): 431-440

Thread-like particles (120 X 25 000-30 000 A) were isolated from the leaves of citrus with yellow shoot Graft transmission and back transmission showed a correlation between the particles and infection. Rod-like particles were also detected in both healthy and diseased plants, and polygonal disks and fibrillar particles in citrus extracts.
