, : Studies on the population biology of Crepidostomum cooperi metacercaria in the burrowing mayfly Hexagenia limbata. Transactions of the American Microscopical Society 93(3): 430

The prevalence of Crepidostomum cooperi metacercariae in Hexagenia limbata was recorded for 4 years. Male mayflies had a prevalence of 72% and a mean worm burden of 3.26, while for female mayflies the respective values were 90% and 7.74.
