Studies on the preservation of tea shoots and cuttings of clones B201/39 and TVI

, : Studies on the preservation of tea shoots and cuttings of clones B201/39 and TVI. Tea Journal of Bangladesh 7(1): 12-17

The storage of cuttings and whole shoots of tea clones B.201/39 and TVI in sealed polythene sleeves for up to 120 h before planting had no detrimental effect upon subsequent rooting, survival and growth. The rooting of TVI cuttings was improved by storage of 24-72 h.
