Studies on the primary structure of cow kappa -casein: the primary sequence of cow para- kappa -casein

, : Studies on the primary structure of cow kappa -casein: the primary sequence of cow para- kappa -casein. Chimia 26(12): 645-646

The alignment is described of the previously identified 2 long and 4 shorter peptides from para- kappa -casein A which together account for the total number of amino acid residues (104 plus or minus 2) characterized in bovine para- kappa -casein A by Mercier et al. The complete sequence of bovine para- kappa -casein A is given.
