Studies on the productivity and its estimation methodology in a young stand of Cryptomeria japonica D. Don

, : Studies on the productivity and its estimation methodology in a young stand of Cryptomeria japonica D. Don. Journal of the Japanese Forestry Society 55(2): 52-62

Productivity and methods of estimating it are described and discussed with reference to a young plantation of Cryptomeria japonica on Kii Peninsula, Shikoku. The allometric relations between leaf weight or branch weight and stem weight altered with time (age), but the relation between stem weight and (d.b.h.2 X height) remained constant.
