Studies on the quality of milk from different sources

, : Studies on the quality of milk from different sources. Agricultural Research Journal of Kerala 8(2): 78-81

Comparative studies on the chemical quality of cows' and buffaloes' milk from different sources showed that milk from (i) a co-operative society, (ii) a Government dairy and (iii) private owners all had a normal sp. gr. (1.027-1.035) whereas the average sp. gr. for milk from (iv) vendors was 80% below normal.
