In mid-May, 56 out of 98 varieties and lines of Trifolium pratense observed in the field at Grodkowice showed no sign of K. caulivora attack but by early August only the Polish variety Hruszowksa and lines Gn9, Oz7 and Br12 and the British varieties S151, S152 and S123 were free from attack.
