, : Studies on the soluble protein fraction of the milk-fat-globule membrane. Dissertation Abstracts International, B 34(12): 6048-6049

Soluble membrane proteins, prepared without dissociating and solubilizing agents, and investigated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis at pH 2.0 and 9.0 showed 6 and 4 components, respectively. Alkaline phosphatase (AP) activity was monitored, including an attempted separation by affinity chromatography on phosphatase-specific medium.
