It is recorded in this further part of a series that a strain of Trypanosoma cruzi was isolated by culture and subsequent inoculation of baby white mice from a bat, Eptesicus brasiliensis brasiliensis, trapped in a dwelling at Ribeirao Preto, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
