Small specimens, transmission poles and sleepers of 6a species were treated (a) with creosote by the Rueping process, (b) with Wolmanit CB by the Bethell process, or (c) with Wolmanit CB by the Boucherie process (on poles only) under preservation-plant conditions in Turkey. The species were Abies bornmuelleriana, Picea orientalis, Pinus nigra var. pallasiana, P. sylvestris, Fagus orientalis and Quercus dschorochensis.Other references
