The quantitative determination of diquat in biological material

, : The quantitative determination of diquat in biological material. Archivs fur Toxikologie 30: 111-114

Permutit R S 40, an acid ion exchange resin, can be used to determine the herbicide diquat. This compound is eluted by the ion exchange column with a cold saturated NH4Cl solution. The spectrophotometric determination is carried through after reduction to a green coloured radical.
