Critical study of coleoptile elongation controlled by IAA and ABA. 1. Growth kinetics and distribution

, : Critical study of coleoptile elongation controlled by IAA and ABA. 1. Growth kinetics and distribution. Plant and Cell Physiology 18(4): 729-733

The elongation rate of wheat coleoptiles, treated with IAA and ABA, was already affected during the first 8 h of treatment. The most sensitive zone of the material to hormonal treatments was comparatively cultured both in situ and in vitro.
