Dielectric properties of wood and hardboard: variation with temperature, frequency, moisture content, and grain orientation

, : Dielectric properties of wood and hardboard: variation with temperature, frequency, moisture content, and grain orientation. USDA Forest Service Research Paper, Forest Products Laboratory, Madison (FPL 245): 32

Reports results of tests on wood of Quercus alba and Pseudotsuga menziesii and four commercial hardboards at temperatures of -20 to +90 deg C and moisture contents of 0 to 100%, with frequencies of 20 Hz and 50 MHz and the electric field aligned longitudinally, radially and tangentially.
