Fungistatic properties of some seedling extracts

, : Fungistatic properties of some seedling extracts. Current Science (4): 279-280

Studies were made of the fungistatic properties against Cephalosporium sacchari and Fusarium nivale of seedling extracts of 29 plant species, including a wide range of vegetables, and pawpaws. Cabbage and radish seedling extracts inhibited spore germination of both fungi, and tomato extracts were inhibitory against F. nivale.
