Insecticidal trials against mustard aphid Lipaphis erysimi Kalt (Aphididae: Homoptera)

, : Insecticidal trials against mustard aphid Lipaphis erysimi Kalt (Aphididae: Homoptera). Entomon 2(1): 67-69

In experiments in Udaipur, India, in 1975-76 on the control of Lipaphis erysimi (Kalt.) on mustard, granular formulations applied to the furrow before sowing to give 1 or 2 kg aldicarb, disulfoton or phorate/ha significantly reduced the aphid populations as compared with no treatment; disulfoton at 2 kg/ha resulted in significantly higher yields than were obtained from the other treated plots.
