Isotachophoretic analysis of some organic acids in food

, : Isotachophoretic analysis of some organic acids in food. Zeitschrift fur Analytische Chemie 290(2): 148-149

The application of isotachophoresis, an electrophoretic separation technique allowing quantification of separated ions at n-mol levels, to the estimation of ascorbic, isoascorbic, citric, isocitric, lactic and formic acids in foods is described.
