, : Legumes in mixed stands in arctic areas. Sibirskii Vestnik Sel' skokhozyaistvennoi Nauki (6): 119-122

In the Noril'sk area, N. Siberia (69 deg N.) where legumes cannot be grown in pure stands, mixtures of oats with Pisum sativum or P. arvense are grown for fodder. In field trials in 1964-5 and 1970 yields of these mixtures ranged from 1.16 t to 7.08 t/ha depending on year and cultivar and usually exceeded those of oats grown alone.
