Optimum time of cutting for obtaining maximum yield of extractable protein from fenugreek (Trignonella foenumgraecum) varieties

, : Optimum time of cutting for obtaining maximum yield of extractable protein from fenugreek (Trignonella foenumgraecum) varieties. Madras Agricultural Journal 62(4): 230-231

When 15 strains were harvested at 15, 25 and 40 days after sowing, the highest yield of extractable protein occurred at the latest harvest date and the highest yielding lines were CS960 and CS947 with a yield of 38.1 kg extractable protein per ha.
