, : Results of first experiments in obtaining essential oil from lavender and lavandin growing in the Valencia region. Annales del Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agrarias, Tecnologia Agraria (3): 153-175

Data are presented on trials with lavender derived from 2 different ecological regions and the lavandin cvs Abrial and Super derived from 5 distinctly different ecological regions. The effects of different extraction procedures, plantation age and altitude above sea level on essential oil yield were determined.
