228 236 records were analysed, of which 185 413 were for completed lactations. For standard lactations (average length, 299 days), milk yield averaged 4203 kg with 3.93% and 164 kg fat; for completed lactations (average length, 330 days), corresponding yields were 4466 kg, 3.95% and 176 kg. Age at 1st calving averaged 34 mth, and the service period 108 days.
