Results of obtaining economically useful mutant forms of lucerne by experimental mutagenesis

, : Results of obtaining economically useful mutant forms of lucerne by experimental mutagenesis. Azarbajcanda kenet va seleksija, 2: 152-158

Work carried out since 1966 in the Department of Genetics and Breeding of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences includes a study of the biological and morphological characteristics of mutant forms and the selection of useful mutants, a study of mutants subjected to repeated mutagenic treatment, and hybridization between mutant forms and between mutants and initial varieties together with a study of the morphological and economic characters of the progeny.
