Results of trials for chemical weed control in soft wheat (Triticum vulgare L.) using recent post-em. herbicides

, : Results of trials for chemical weed control in soft wheat (Triticum vulgare L.) using recent post-em. herbicides. Agricoltura Italiana (104): 17-42

In trials near Pisa in 1973 and 1974, predominantly broad-leaved weed infestations were controlled most effectively using metoxuron at 4 kg/ha, methabenzthiazuron at 1.4 kg/ha, terbutryne 1.15 kg/ha and various mixtures based on MCPA (MCPA + dicamba at 0.873 + 0.0077 kg/ha, MCPA at 0.72 + either flurecol-butyl at 2.5 kg or terbutryne at 0.75 kg/ha).
