Using brachytic analogues and lines from the world collection, 250 short-stemmed interline hybrids were obtained and tested. Nizkoroslyi 41 Nizkoroslyi 41a, Nizkoroslyi 57, Nizkoroslyi 61 and Nizkoroslyi 97 exceeded the standard in grain yield, 1000-grain weight and ear size.
