Feline leukosis virus was injected parenterally and into the eye of fetal and newborn kittens. One animal developed an intraocular tumour of apparent retinal origin. Eight animals showed intraocular neoplastic cell infiltration. The commonest ocular change observed was retinal dysplasia. Sequential histological examination showed diffuse intraocular inflammation after virus inoculation.
