, : Retinyl palmitate as an emulsion in the treatment of children with eczema. Pediatriya, USSR (10): 29-31

The subjects were 120 patients 8 months to 5 years old with true or seborrhoeic eczema and neurodermatitis and 20 healthy children 3 to 4 years old whose diet was mainly of vegetable origin, deficient in nutrients including vitamin A. Treatment included a diet adjusted to suit each patient and with additional eggs, fish, cocoa and limited amounts of sugar and sweets.
