In Antofagasta, Chile, 90 of 112 boys from 2 boarding schools were found to be infected with Enterobius vermicularis by the combined results of the perianal swab scotch tape (Graham's) method and a modified technique which involved taking perianal swabs before defaecation and bathing daily for 5 days.
