Studies on high-stem umbrella and Lenz Moser trained Rkatsiteli grapevine grown in wide rows

, : Studies on high-stem umbrella and Lenz Moser trained Rkatsiteli grapevine grown in wide rows. Lozarstvo i Vinarstvo 24(5): 4-14

Umbrella-trained vines were grown at densities of 3.00 X 1.25 m with 1.50 m or 1.60 m stems; Moser-trained vines were grown at 3.00 X 1.25 m; and low-stem vines were grown at 2.00 X 1.25 m. Fruiting coefficients for the 3 training methods were, respectively, 0.97-0.98, 0.77-0.70 and 0.82. Respective yields were 6.19-7.36, 6.16-5.32 and 3.18 kg/vine; and total sugar contents were 19.9-20.1% , 20.6-20.4% and 20.5%.
