, : The chemotropic effect of cations on Sinapis alba roots as affected by certain factors. Biologia Plantarum 17(6): 458-467

The effects of metal cations alone or in combination with Na-EDTA or Na-humate were studied on S. alba roots grown in light or darkness. Cu2+, Fe2+, Fe3+ and Ca2+ had chemotropic and growth effects and light markedly changed the effect of all except Cu2+.
